Use of satellite phones by foreign nationals in India

All foreign nationals(irrespective of the category of passport held) are hereby notified that under Section 6 of the Indian Wireless Act and Section 20 of Indian Telegraph Act, carrying/use of satellite phones by foreign nationals without prior approval of Indian government is illegal/unauthorized.
