The Consulate General of India, Toronto will be organizing camps to issue Life Certificates for pension purposes as per the following schedule:

2. Applicants will be required to come in person and submit the following:

- Duly filled in application form – to be submitted in duplicate. Please ensure usage of the latest form which may be found at CLICK HERE.

- Original Indian passport/Canadian passport/OCI Card, as applicable.

- No fee is charged for life certificate for pension purposes.

- IMPORTANT: In case the applicant is unable to come in person due to medical reasons, the bearer of the application will be required to set up a video call with the applicant for verification purposes.
