In supersession of Press Release dated 11 Oct, 2022 {https://www.cgitoronto.gov.in/news_letter_detail/?id=115 }, Consulate General of India, Toronto will be organizing camps to issue Life Certificates for pension purposes as per the following revised schedule :

Applicants will be required to come in person and submit the following :

- Duly filled in application form – to be submitted in duplicate. Please ensure usage of the latest form which may be found at https://www.cgitoronto.gov.in/docs/1636586692Life%20Certificate%20for%20Pension.pdf

- Original Indian passport/Canadian passport/OCI Card, as applicable.

- No fee is charged for life certificate for pension purposes.

- IMPORTANT : In case the applicant is unable to come in person due to medical reasons, the bearer of the application will be required to set up a video call with the applicant for verification purposes.
