Entry Visa

Entry Visa is granted to foreign nationals of Indian origin and their dependent family members including spouse and children.

*Applicants of Pakistani origin are requested to see this link before applying for an Indian visa.

Documents Required

Additional documents for Entry Visa application for minor

Minor Consent form signed by both parents. (link)
Birth Certificate showing names of both parents (Canadian Birth Certificate should be accompanied by a self-declaration of parents about authenticity of the certificate; - Indian/third country birth certificate to be attested by MEA/Embassy of third country before submission)
Marriage Certificate of parents (Canadian Marriage Certificate should be accompanied by a self-declaration of parents about authenticity of the certificate; - Indian/third country marriage certificate to be attested by MEA/Embassy of third country before submission
Indian Passport copies/Surrender Certificate of Indian origin parent(s)
Canadian Passport copies of both the parents
For child having single parent-enclose copy of child custody order from court (having sole custody of the child with the parent applying for visa) / Death Certificate, etc. as the case maybe.

Marriage Certificate (Canadian Marriage Certificate should be accompanied by a self-declaration signed by the couple about the authenticity of the certificate; - Indian/third country marriage certificate to be attested by MEA/Embassy of third country before submission
Indian Passport copies/Surrender Certificate of the Indian origin spouse
