ACCEPTANCE OF DULY COMPLETED APPLICATIONS FOR VISA, PASSPORT, OCI/PIO CARDS, POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE, SURRENDER AND RENUNCIATION OF INDIAN NATIONALITY HAS BEEN OUTSOURCED TO BLS International Services Canada Inc. THOSE WHO INTEND TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ON PROCEDURES/FORMS/STATUS OF THEIR APPLICATIONS, ETC., MUST CONTACT Service Centres of BLS International ONLY

Timings of the Consulate for other Services

Attestation of Documents	9:00 AM TO 11:30 AM (Monday-Friday except designated holidays)
Submission of Entry Visa Applications on emergency grounds	click here...
Submission of Visa applications by Pakistani Nationals/People of Pakistani origin	10:30 AM - 11:00 AM (Mon-Fri, except on designated holidays)
Emergency Certificate Applications	9:00 AM TO 11:30 AM (Monday-Friday except designated holidays)
Life Certificates	9:00 AM TO 11:30 AM (Monday-Friday except designated Holidays)
General Office Timings	9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Note:

Applicants should come to the Consulate with duly completed applications/documents along with supporting documents, where required, and a photocopy of each of the document.
Consulate may not be able to grant the service in certain cases.
Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
