This is to declare that the following bidders have qualified the technical round of the tender for selection of an agency for redesigning, hosting and maintenance contract for the official website of this Consulate:

The above listed bidders are requested to send their financial bids in a password protected file at comsec.toronto@mea.gov.in and admin.toronto@mea.gov.in latest by Friday, July 19, 2024, 1100 hrs Toronto time (EST). Please do not share the password with the financial bid.

The Financial bids will be opened on July 23, 2024 at 1100 hrs Toronto time (EST) over a Virtual Conference for which the link will be shared shortly over email. The successful bidders may share the password for their bid over the Virtual Conference. If a bidder is unable to attend the bid opening, they may share the password for the bid separately over email between July 19, 2024, 1100 hrs Toronto time (EST) and July 23, 2024 at 1100 hrs Toronto time (EST).
